Ruzica Church, located within the Kalemegdan Fortress in Belgrade, Serbia, has chandeliers made from bullets, swords, and cannons created by soldiers during World War I. More than 80 percent of lightning strike victims are male. In October 2009, police in Gunbalanya, Northern Territory, Australia, threw a 8 foot long saltwater crocodile in jail for three days after it was found loitering in the town.

One could make a joke about a certain lightning rod, but that would be sick.

Seriously, the police can’t find REAL criminals to arrest?

In Gunbalanya, Northern Territories? They are lucky to have enough people to have a police department, let alone criminals. :)

Should be “AN 8-foot-foot-long,” not “A 8-foot-foot-long.” Must have hired a youngster to write the strip and another youngster to proofread.

I read about many cases of animals who went to jail, or were otherwise punished for their “crimes,” like a dog biting a man.

Here comes a Silly Statement from FT- Women are not struck by lighting very often because they are usually inside being barefoot, and pregnant.
