Sick from what, eating too much hay?

I think it refers to a thought that when a “dog” is ill the “dog” will eat grass to upchuck .

Is Henry vegetarian? Or is it an upset stomach? Maybe the farmers lost a few sheep too?

Same thing with cats.

Dogs and cats eat grass because they like the taste…..however it makes them throw up. That’s the proper cause and effect…not the reverse.

No regrets on Henry’s part.

My dog will whine if she has a stomach ache, go eat tall weeds/grass then throw up and feel better…I think this comic is referring to that.
