    It should had been the first Congress. In September 1789, the first Congress of the United States approved 12 amendments to the U.S. Constitution and sent them to the states for ratification.

    BobSection II Article 2 says if they are actually called upon to do more than just drill, “well-regulated” means the President is their Commander-in-Chief, not the local grand dragon.

    markjoseph125No concession. Like most still using flintlocks like the founders knew, I cast my own. And no inaccurate muskets. A rifle and a shotgun will keep me fed and legal.

    Did they have bullets back then? I thought it was only shot and balls (musket balls, cannon balls, etc.)..
