Ernest: "And I crashed into Big Ben because of crazy drivers on the wrong side of the road!" Ernest: It was the highlight of my trip! Frank: THAT was the highlight of your trip?! Ernest: Sure! I can now honestly say that I've hit the big time!

Ben is the CLOCK that has bells that chime, not just a bell. The tower is the Clock Tower according to my English relatives . . .BTW, leave it to Mr. Thaves for some quality tongue in cheek . . .
