My daughters know that, if they hint at something, it’s an automatic “no”. Ask straight out and it will be considered. I HATE being “hinted” at. Of course, that doesn’t count joke-hinting.
Simple solution: the old man sells his golf clubs and gear to finance the new game console. He pretty much sucks at the game anyway. ;-)
With flat screen tv now days you can put anything on top.
