I think this is just the power of friendship being manifest. Marigold doesn’t realize how much she likes her little pink two-legged friend.

It’s cute how Marigold went to look at Phoebe’s reflection.

That wouldn’t have worked when they were strangers, now that they’re BFF’s it worked, which goes to show that Phoebe is important to her. :)

That was a powerful revelation, that Phoebe’s reflection was powerful enough to cause Marigold to look away from his own reflection to look at hers.
