35.4% of Americans are receiving welfare. If they had to stand in lines to receive bread and soup, it would be very disturbing. If you cannot see the problem, it does not exist, and one can trumpet their Grand Economic Recovery. We arenât very bright, so it will work nearly every time. We get suspicious occasionally, but only if instructed to do so by our peer group.
As I cram for my Octogenarianâs Badge test, having lived in many states and countries, gathering hopes and dreams and fending off rumors about children born 9 months after I left, I often wonder where the âRepublican Richâ phrase comes from. The last poor Democrat of memory is Harry Truman, who finished the war for us, but ever since, a Democrat who becomes president begins with a princely salary of (say) $140,000 bux winds up a multi-millionaire upon exiting the White House. Even as an âIndependentâ (a scary word in NYS) I never could understand the economics of the situation. I should have worked harder in my âSneering 101â class in order to be able to join the âcommenterâ section of this Open Debate Club.
goweeder: with only one blade, when that one blade leaves the water, the wheel will stop turning as water just flows over without appying force to the mass. Of course, if itâs Archimedes screw, with one continuous {blade) like threads on a screw, it might work, but âscrewâ still would apply to âtrickle down economicsâ.
As long as they can keep you believing that the rich are only on one side of the aisle when they are playing both sides against the middle, you will remain safely swaddled in the delusion that political ideologies can be effective in providing a sound economy by bleeding it to oil the political machinery.

Evangelicals in poorer states have no clue how much they are held in contempt by the Republican elite.
But they all hate Obama, so thereâs real kinship there.
