Caulfield: My latest lesson from my cat: She spends an amazing amount of her day doing nothing and still seems to be in great shape! Frazz: I'm hearing sitting still in class won't kill you. Caulfield: Are you still here? I've moved on to the lesson about ignoring stuff I don't want to hear.

Actually, Ignoring stuff you don’t want to hear is another lesson we learn from cats.

Sitting still in class all day is almost next to torture for growing kids. Their bodies need to move, part of the growing cycle.I could never sit still when I was a kid. I was always fidgeting and twitching, to the annoyance of others. Couldn’t help it.
