That’s quite a small fiddle for André. (Yes, I know the girls’ laughter ruined the concert.)

Andre sure looks out of his element.

I think that the concert was a huge success! Most people are clapping, and Alice and Whatsername Sofie! are laughing out of shear delight and amusement! Win-win!

And now we get to see Sofia’s brother for the first time, playing the bassoon.

This is so fun! When I need a laugh I will just think of those two girls.

Whenever you tried to explain to a teacher why your homework was late, the teacher would say, “Excuse me while I get out the world’s smallest violin.”

Andre’s elf ears aren’t covering up his own ears. Not being able to hear clearly could be a liability for most musicians, but it doesn’t matter much for this group.

BTW, brothers and sisters are of course immune to the ears of love, and they hear every squeek and skronk.

Little girls are so funny. Middle school-age girls, on the other hand, are the worst people in the universe.

The “tune” in panel 2 could be “The Little Drummer Boy.”

Love that contrabassoon.
