Well Phil, you sure are forgetful. A month ago you did not need to worry about marriage, you could have another event..your funeral! Phil was close to dying, along with John, on the ill-fated canoe trip. When reunited with Georgia, Phil acted as if he did not know how she would react if he died, now he seems to have forgotten all that.
A small mining town in Northern Canada 30 years ago? No drugs much stronger than pot from illegal suppliers. That still leaves a lot, but it is not like it is big city USA.
