Ironically, he’s hitching his way to a warmer climate.

You’d have to be pretty cold-hearted not to pick him up.

Did you know that if you have a road with dotted yellow lines, if you sing “The Duke of Earl” in exact sync to the stripes, you’ll be going 55 mph? Trivia.

There is no such thing as an Indian princess (at least the North American Indian). While some tribes chose their leader from a somewhat restricted “aristocracy”, in most, anyone with public support could qualify. It was considered temporary for the project at hand, and could be “fired” if judged unsatisfactory. Most also had defined male/female roles – males fought wars, but females declared and ended them. However, homosexuals could cross those bounds, and women could be warriors and count coup (such as Bison Calf Way’s rescue of her surrounded brother, Comes in Sight, at the battle of Rosebud, and a few days later, resupplying horses and evacuating wounded at Greasy Grass, even though she was not a warrior (“tipi wife”?).

We were once driving through the Santa Cruz Mountains when we saw a sign with an arrow pointing up the hill and the words “Falling Rock”. So we found him.
