In a similar case. Locally there was a law coming up about too many faxes to politicians or something like that. To get the vote there way fax companies bombarded legislative fax machines on a 24/7 basis. The law passed easily.
He’s not going to make many home runs that way. So, if the catcher only catches half the ball and the other goes foul, what’s the ruling from the umpire?
