Christmas stress, family gatherings, often involving alcohol, and the full moon all at once. Stand back, keep moving, nothing to see here.

Here in ENC we probably won’t see the moon for the cloud cover and showers. As to the temperature….we had a bullfrog out last night and the tree peepers are at it this morning at 0630 ET.Who da thunk it?

Not only is this full moon special because it falls on Christmas, it is also a “libation” full moon — since it is at its most southern point in the sky, we can actually peak a little of the north pole and see bits normally hidden from terrestrial eyes.
