In our family we have Pre Christmas, my siblings, Christmas Day with my step children, and Overtime Christmas with my children and grandchildren…………in order to get the whole family in we have 3 celebrations every year.
i do believe it’s because Saturday and Sunday follow Christmas this year..giving us three days off. unlike some years when we have to go back to work the day after Christmas
Yeah buddy 4 day weekend take 3 days PTO and 4 more days off for New Years get paid 7 out of eleven…..And next year is leap year so we’ll be able to do it all over again next year.
