Shermy and Patty were probably a year older than Charlie Brown when the strip started, and when Violet was introduced she was probably the same age as Shermy and Patty. Then Schroeder appeared as a baby, later Lucy as a toddler, later Linus as a baby, later Sally as a baby, later Rerun as a baby…….Time and ages were always so fluid in “Peanuts” that if it were still being produced today I wouldn’t be shocked to find Rerun in Charlie Brown’s class!
