Kinda depends on what you call “mistakes,” doesn’t it?
I mean Rita’s mortarboard and her missing shoe, Andrew being cloned, and his cube sunken… a tree in the office, and a mouse hole…. and other things like that… are probably not meant to be.
But some things, like Ed’s dancing, Melvin’s muscles (ewww),Mrs. Johnson’s light saber, Jay’s super-tall coffee…..
….and more, including whatever the heck is happening to Sal….maybe they’re not mistakes, per se…but rather, those characters’ dreams come true.
Does “Rakour / Zoberts” count as one or two?I think that Dana smiling while talking to Rita should count as one as well. Otherwise, I pretty much got them all but my count was different every time I went through it… so there could be over 30. The only one that really got me was that I couldn’t figure out what the heck Jay was holding – never thought of an outsized coffee cup!

A tree is growing in the office (bonus mistake: the tree is out of season) 23. A mousehole in the baseboard (bonus mistake: the mouseholes are normally in the break room) 24. Jay’s hair is twisted backwards25. Jay has an absurdly long coffee mug 26. John’s and Scott’s names are misspelled27. Mistake is misspelled.28. The date is seriously off

I didn’t see any mistakes. As gammaguy said, I am sure they were all deliberate. But I do think Roy as a throw rug is just…. wrong. ;-)
