There was already a movie called The End, a comedy about a man who learns that he’s dying and who keeps trying and failing to commit suicide.:Maybe the audience ran because they thought it was a remake.

Suggestion: adding “This is the beginning of …” to the start of the film will be less confusing for the audience.

When they see: “This is the beginning of … The End” they’ll know to stay, next time.(Either that or it will REALLY freak them out even more!) lol
