The Fuller company made some top quality stuff. My mom bought a hand & nail brush from the door-to-door salesman way back when. I’m using it now – 55 years later.

I wonder if the younger readers even know who Sophia Loren was. Look her up on-line. One of the great beauties of the cinema in the 50’s and 60’s.

The good old Fuller Brush Man ! I remember the plant in Hartford, Ct. I like this illustration and the Fuller sales song:

Selling yesterday,Selling the day before.Going to sell today as I never sold before. For when I’m sellingI’m happy as can be,For I’m a member of the Fuller family.Loyalty, Loyalty, one Company for theWhole of us.Would to God that there were more of us,For the few of us can’t do it all alone.

Sasha Alexander of “Rizzoli & Isles” is related. Sophia is her mother-in-law.
