why the lights and siren? Coz they’re cops, natch.I lived in Newark briefly, and the cops not only would turn on their sirens at all hours of the day or night, but they’d try to play tunes on the danged things. So at 2AM, I’m hearing, “WHOOP-wh-whoo-WHOOP-wha-WHOOP-wh-whoo-wha”
