If I took the time to count, I would be lazy about it. (4 barks, 16 characters, about 16 arfs, 64 characters, 16 plus 64 yields 80 characters.) Maybe not 100% accurate, but close enough for my purposes.
I am sure there are a lot more than 141 Twits in the world. I know of at least 537 in Washington DC…
