Hmf. Eastwood only ran for mayor of Carmel because the city wouldn’t let him build a restaurant the way HE wanted it. That the people of Carmel thought he was a good mayor despite that is beside the point — Eastwood does what Eastwood wants, and to hell with anyone who objects…
