Frazz, a closet hippie?

He may have a million dollars.He may also not care to keep track of how much he has.(Remember, he’s also a songwriter.)

Randy, yeah, that’s what I was thinking too….

Because he’s happy doing what he’s doing. he’s richer than anyone who’s not, even if he weren’t a hit songwriter.

If you love your job, you’ll never work a day in your life.

He is richest not who has the most, but who needs the least.

Money can’t buy happiness it’s true.But it will darn sure buy everything else.And if money isn’t so important why does it seem that everyone wants mine?

I would wonder where the rest of my money went.

Why? it’s only a “small loan”

I don’t need a million. I need $40K.I would like to have $100K, but that, to some degree, is greed talking.…still…I could do a lot of good stuff with that.

So Frazz doesn’t do this job for the salary. He does it to hang around with the children.

AlbertaNerdI have lived my life off my hobbies or hobby-like activities, and I can testify that it is frequently work. It is just rarely drudgery.

What everyone is forgetting is that Frazz actually is quite rich. Several of the songs he wrote before becoming a janitor, became major hits for the performers, and he now sits on the royalties, allowing him to fund his expensive exercise habit.

Frazz, if you had a million dollars you could REALLY help children—not just chat with a few of them. Duh.

Haven’t read the rest of the comments yet, but the answer is that it’s not money they’re looking for. Some eat themselves into oblivion, filling themselves with something other than what they need. Some strive for power. Many are missing a single psychic component. Confidence from a supportive parent? Love from a mother or father? Abuse as a child? It’s different in different cases.

But money can buy you some freedom, freedom to pursue your passions whitout fear of falling in poverty.

My Dad retired with a couple million dollars. It brought him gold diggers whom he said kept him very happy.

No one else noticed Frazz’s Bare Naked Ladies t-shirt? And how they have a song called “If I Had A Million Dollars?”

Note that Frazz does not deny having a million dollars.
