Well, uh… at Least Lucy cleaned her room.

That’s an easier way to escape your crib. At least her parents wouldn’t have to worry about tripping if for some reason they need to enter her room.

Nobody ever tucks toddler-Lucy in. No bedtime songs or stories. Now we know why she grows up so crabby.

When my son was three, he helped his baby sister do this.

I just can’t get used to the original “cute” Lucy.

My daughters STILL do this!

Lucy has a LOT OF TOYS.

Caleb called them “Cuddle Things” and would bury himself in the pile on his bed.

Why does she never say “good night” to Mommy?

The day my daughter proudly showed me she could climb in and out of her crib was the last day before we converted it to a child bed.

Aww. I miss when Lucy was sweet to everyone.

Some of those toys don’t look like they’d be very comfortable sleeping on top of…..

Looks like one of my sisters beds. So much junk in the bed you wonder how they even have any room. Then they complain about being sore.

Now I have 2 questions. What on earth happened to change the cheerful, enthusiastic, sociable Charlie into a depressed socially inept loser? And similarly, what changed that cute little happy toddler Lucy into a mean spirited crab?I wonder if we will see the answers in this strip.
