As part of my job, I find myself making a lot of step-by-step guides to complete a processes. Given the right audience, the final step of many of those guides is either “profit” (South Park) or “Enjoy a Milk Bone in a Commie Free World.” Nowadays a lot of people don’t “get” either of those references. Of course, nowadays, I don’t really care. :)
Not, alas, all that far-fetched; during our misadventure in SE Asia, the CIA actually tried training porpi to ram enemy diver with a big needle full of CO2, thus giving them fatal bends.
Of course, being the CIA (which, since its days as the OSS in WWII, has basically been a haven for Ivy League frat twits who don’t want to stop playing with passwords & secret handshakes) they failed to take into account that 1) neither North Vietnam nor the Viet Cong were particularly given to using divers, and 2) the porpi (being smarter than humans) were unable to distinguish which of the various sides involved said diver was with; a number of the trainers died before thry figured that out and added it to their large & ridiculous scrap heap (yeah, these were the same guys who were discredit Castro by somehow introducing into his daily routine a powder that would make his beard fall out…..).

During WW2, Japan, the USA and the Soviets trained dogs to carry bombs. The Soviets actually used a few, with mixed results.

What is this TOP SECRET document doing on GoComics?!
Now, the heartless, atheistic, materialist Commies are gonna know about our X-15 Cruise Basselope!
I did not have anything to do with release to the comics-press of a secret document! Blame Julian Assange, or somebody else!
