Bucky with a handgun…now THERE is a scary thought….wait..he’s pretty much like most of the PEOPLE on the streets with handguns!!! Ignorant and angry….

That is most likely an accurate generalization, as long as you realize you are referring to the non-legally certified carriers of concealed firearms. While not having the statistics handy, I would think most of the criminals and gang members in the poverty stricken neighborhoods are ignorant and angry.

I’ve met a few legal carriers who I’d qualify as ignorant and angry, but I’d agree they are the minority and by quite a lot.
