Does anyone actually keep “boxes” of chocolates in the house anymore?

She didn’t turn to chocolate. She went out of her way to go out and BUY a box of chocolate.

Boxes of chocolate won’t “keep” in my house. They keep (munch) disappearing… not sure why.

Yummy and healthy - in moderation. I don’t think Cathy (or most of society today) understands moderation. Also, a box of chocolate - even the dark, healthier variety, probably has the fillings that aren’t so healthy. But oh so yummy!!!!!

I see the source of Cathy’s mental anguish–it’s that black box behind her, which periodically turns into a terrible spiky monster. It’s probably sticking her with its spines in the third panel. No wonder she needs comfort food.

People who eat chocolate live longer than people who do not.

Funny how that box / spikey monster strongly resembles a Blackboard, eh?

Must be some school-time guilt going on too…

My wife just commented that she didn’t realize that the black thing was a background and thought instead it was the back of Cathy’s chair… [Is her butt THAT wide?]

Having trouble getting my favorites lately – Droste 75% dark chocs – the best – but not available. Have to find a new kind til they straighten out their “distributor problem.”
