At least they told you ahead of time.
Wait until you get your neighborhood tax assessment.
I can’t complain, since I live on a “Private Road” where we have to do all the maintenance ourselves!
Road work is great……….when it is all done!
So, why do the states put up the signs in the highways that say “End Road Work”… WHEN THEY NEVER DO???
My road is fine………..
The issue is the three dirt roads that break off from it. Town grades them several times a year, and does a pretty damned good job of it too. It’s just the times in between grading that give suspension a trial….thank God I drive a truck.
Some people wold b##ch if you hung ’em with a new rope!
Ours once got “upgraded” from asphalt to gravel – which was all in our yards dulling mower blades within a year.
You just can’t please some people.
