Rip’s missions NEVER last all summer. He generally wraps the bad guys up in a few days at most.

She can be mad at Rip but she should really be mad at both herself and COL Fusspot. 1. Fusspot hates Rip, as established earlier. 2. She demanded Rip take the job after Fusspot was forced to re-hire him. 3. Rip can’t threaten to quit (see #2 above).
