What gets me is I can hear Steve’s words loud and clearly in my head as I read it, smilie faces and all (except for the last panel of course). Amazing this strip is even allowed..awesome.

another case of emoji rage

I didn’t understand anything in this strip. I’m saving myself for marriage.

I wonder about editors these days. The local news rag called the rodeo queen a “sweet tart.” In the old days her father would have called the editor out onto the street and punctuated him with a .45 Colts forthwith.

If looking for laughs, last four days were wasted.

I am surprised that Steve isn’t red in the face, at least by the final panel. Selective color accents are quite chic in Bloom County these days….

It’s been my observation that editors are unemployed these days. At least, no one seems to use them.

In the old days, we swore when we couldn’t find the right words to say. Now we use emojis.
