Well, we can’t prioritize the life of a turtle over the life of a human child, even a misbehaving bully child like this one. I predict the vehicle will stop just in time (this being a comic and not a tragedy), and maybe the scary brush with death will get him to change his ways.
This reminds me of the For Better or For Worse story line, years ago, when April was bicycling, trying to get away from the bully Jeremy Jones, and Jeremy was hit by a car when he tried to outflank April by riding speedily into the main road. Jeremy (the stinker) didn’t die, but he was laid up for a while. Let’s see what happens here.
