Meg: Hi! Welcome to Picking and Grinning!
Gene: Hey! Not bad!
Mary Lou: Oh, our sales are great!
Gene: Whatever we're doing, we need to keep doing it!
Mary Lou: What we're doing is called 'June and July'!
BTW, The Music Man is the greatest play or movie ever….It illustrates the American Dream and how Americans can be flim flammed in their naivety…And deceived by their society…“He left River City the Library Building, but he left all the books to her!”. The unstated thought being that they didn’t like some of the books on the shelves…and were probably ready to burn the books, if they weren’t protected by Marian the Librarian………………………..How can there be any sin in sincere? Where is the good in good by.?

You have to say Pickin’ and Grinnin’ to make it sound right. Otherwise you sound like a yuppie.
