Reminds me of the agnostic dyslexic insomniac who lay awake all night wondering if there is a dog.

What a weird thing to say! I have never heard of any major religion teaching of a god whose name is actually “God.” I’m not saying that such a religion does not exist, just that it’s news to me. (I’ve subscribed to Christianity all my life and I do pay attention to differences between denominations. I also have a fair amount of knowledge of some of the other most popular religions in the world. I say this just to indicate that I’m not ignorant of these things.)

A thing reflected is to see it backwards.By giving unconditional love, faithfulness loyalty and always being there for you a dogs natural persoty reflects that of Gods hence dog is God backwards to reflected this.

God is only a title. If the god in reference is a Christian God, then the following applies:His personal name can be found in the original writings some 7,000 times. The name has been removed in most modern translations and versions of the Bible for various reasons, all of which are unacceptable, as it leads to issues as demonstrated in the comic above. Why would a God who has named everything he has created, including the stars of the heavens (Psalms 147:4), not want his human subjects to know him by his personal name – a name he inspired the writers to record in his own book at least 6,973 times in the original Hebrew? Do you not find it odd that one can pick up a modern Bible today and find the names of each of the translators listed, but find no mention of the author’s own name? The one sent by God said, “I have made your name known to them and will make it known." (John 17:26) So-called Christian religions have failed in following this example set by Jesus. So, what is that name?
