Transcript:
Caulfield: Today we got our catalog from that company up north that sells flannel clothes you're supposed to chop firewood in or something. Why now? Why not wait until the weather actually turns? Frazz: Maybe because right now it's too nice to be depressed. Caulfield: Oh, they're changing that.

I can’t wait for the cold weather. I know how to stay warm when it’s cold, but I can’t do anything for this heat.

I hate it when Big Business jumps the gun on holidays/seasons like this. As MAD Magazine put it in their classic article 43 Man Squamish, loss of half the Flutney for rushing the season! :-P

Give it a minute, there’s flannel. And see if you can spot Tom Hanks.

Maybe because up North, that time has already come. At higher latitudes, Autumn comes earlier, spring comes later, and summer is shorter than at lower latitudes.
