I’ve occasionally run into some problems when trying to pay cash at some stores, notably best buy…there was a different line for cash transactions, and only one cashier. I was there for a while…
I use cash at restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets. I don’t want the card to leave my sight and my debit card has stopped being hacked since I stopped using it at gas stations and supermarkets.
I have found that a lot of younger people cannot count out change. If they have to do that they just get a blank look on their face, or deer in the headlight look.
