looks like the skyline from the start of Frasier, so Seattle?

Well, Dana is from Washington state.

My presumption is its a generic skyline, but if not, I’d be really interested in what point you need to stand at to get that exact view, with the cute dip between the two opposingly slanted buildings.

I get where the shout for sacramento comes from tho, rough impression, but it does catch the flavour
