A maybe-click-to-enlarge version, of this cropped image, can be found at the only work, by this artist (Google translated), so far, to appear in Mr. Melcher’s blog (yesterday). Its larger, parent click-to-enlarge image can be found here.Sewing Girl in Garden. Gulskogen. (link shows Wikipedia page) currently has unknown whereabouts. The sitter (Google translated) was the artist’s cousin and also was the last owner of Gulskogen Manor (Bing translated), where many of his paintings hang. So, it could be there, or in another part of that multi-structure museum, or privately owned. Thanks to all for the kind words. My new keyboard arrived yesterday (the day this strip was published).I have no way of contacting Mr. Melcher, other than through a blog post. When I noticed today’s blog entry isn’t on GoComics, I clicked the Facebook and Twitter links in the right hand column (looks like)and, after seeing it on both, posted on the blog that it wasn’t on GoComics.I’m not on either. If you are, maybe to you could post there letting him know, and get it on GoComics quicker (he might monitor those more than the blog).
