    hmm, maybe people at work are in the iphone/ipad habit so use fingers to get screen to change, only realizing after what they are doing.I know this because this is what I do

    I use to work IT support. My favorite was this lady who called once:

    Lady: The cup holder on my computer broke.ME: Your what?Lady: You know, the cup holder that slides into the computer when you don’t need it.

    For you Millennials, she was referring to the CD tray.
