I think Marigold might be in a rather lazy mood (or she wants Phoebe to “have some skin in the game” of having fun); if Bugs Bunny could have a singing sword, surely a unicorn enchantment could make a jump rope recite poetry… :-)

Wow, … an automatic jump rope. I’d be satisfied enough with that. x) Can’t always have your cake and eat it, too, Phoebe, even with Unicorn Magic. XD
