Like he always used to

Leaving all the past behind

His sinister sneer

A product of his absence of fear

Emerged when he escaped a Houdini bind

“Well done old chap”

He’d say during his victory lap

As he mocked whomever he left in the dust

It seemed his only foolish act

Was his habit of looking back

While the road ahead was still dangerous as engine rust

We’ll all know soon enough

If his escape turned into a bust

Are those eggs smeared all over his face?

It’s as tragic as the burning ice pack

dirty Franko felt deep in his back

Will Selfy surprisingly be asked to forfeit the race?

Watch out, Selfy, roadblock ahead

Glad we have Selfy’s own words explaining his expertise on that bridge.

I have to think his lack of a seat belt is intentional, as it’s not been seen in any of the strips with him behind the wheel.

Selfy may be wearing a lap belt but he has no shoulder restraint- I went back and checked every strip. How a man of his size didn’t get hurt is beyond me. And ditto for why the airbags didn’t go off.

Selfy is certainly a bit reckless, but he’s right about the cops — they did not expect him to jump the bridge!

You’d think the police would have noticed someone repeatedly jumping a car over a drawbridge. But I suppose with all the bizarre criminals in Tracyville, they don’t have time to worry about a little reckless driving.

Cops have radios and helicopters … Selfie is a stupid murdering narcissistic loon.

Perhaps Selfy will be brought down due to his vanity—everyone in the state will recognize his face!

Time for Michael Knight & KITT to make a guest appearance.

And in the car in the opposite lane, the driver laments: (sigh) Every day, the same boring routine…

Tracy seems to have misjudged

Selfy— that self centered little pudge

Jumping bridges since his teens

Embezzlement schemes in between

Tracy and Sam will extend the chase

Selfy will be put in his place

Trying to make a getaway

Not aware that crime does not pay

I get the idea that the Narrows Bridge is in a relatively rural or unpopulated area where not a lot of people see what happens there. Still, there should have been a bridge attendant who opened the bridge for a passing ship.

Good for you, Selfie… now let’s see if you can out-run a police chopper.

If Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane had been chasing him, he’d be over that bridge in hot pursuit. Unfortunately, the PC cops pulled The Dukes off TV because it “offended” a some people.

Well jumped, Selfy. But I bet your car’s suspension is a mess.. Now we know where your skill comes from (years of practice), but not how you’ve managed to elude capture for so long on the reckless driving charges. Does your car have license plates (and, if so, how many different, rotating sets)?
