Test, 1, 2…A few times recently I posted the first comment of the day, a few cheap shots and low blows of course, only to see them disappear when next I’d check back. Early morn is my late night so when I post like that I generally go to sleep immediately after. Even we night owls need regular sleep. So lookee here! I tried emboldening and italicizing this post and here it is!

Totally missing this one. Podium – (1) a small platform for the conductor of an orchestra, for a public speaker, etc. (2) Architecture (a) a low wall forming a base for a construction, as a colonnade or dome, ….. ?

That is because most people rather blather on with words longer than necessary under the false impression that others are impressed. Ethnos/ethnoi is still acceptable n scholarly writing and should be in normal discourse.
