Move to Arizona then you don’t have to put up with that twice a year.

Wish they would stop changing the clocks bi-annually, it’s not as costeffective as they claim and lots of people have health issues because of it.

Day light must have a best by date. What we save in the spring has to be used in the fall or it will expire.

Well, I for one have enjoyed the extra hour of daylight at night so I can do more outside after work -

Cutting a foot off the top of your blanket and then sewing that part back on at the bottom doesn’t make your blanket any longer!

Try working for an airline, and you will really hate it.

I want to know where they are putting all that daylight time they are saving. Must be quite an account by now if they have invested it wisely. However seeing how it is the government requiring the saving they probably have given it to foreign governments and nothing left and in debt for at least the next 50 years..

The kid’s got it backwards. We don’t lose an hour, we gain one. Our weekend is one hour longer than it otherwise would have been.

Daylight Savings is more trouble than it’s worth.

Gee ! Since I have no schedules or places I have to be, no reason to really give a Hoot about the time, sleep when I want and get up when I want to, etc. Will the " Federal Daylight Savings Time Police " come and Fine me or Arrest me if I just Ignore this Stupid, Meaningless Waste of My Time ???? I’ve already been to Hell and Back, so what will they do ? You-all Have a Great Day !

In a global economy regional time divisions make less sense than they did 100 years ago. Why not put all on GMT? As time is an artificial construct anyway, we could all stay up until 3 AM and get to work around Noon.

The government started it during WWII as a ploy to steal an hour of overtime from the night shift at the factories.

I like the sun coming up at 6:45 during December and January, as opposed to 7:45 like it did when I lived in AZ.

Noon should be when the sun is “straight up” in the sky… all clocks should be regulated by that consideration. My understanding is that Standard Time (note the name standard!) comes closest.

    .

When I lived in Hawaii the clocks stayed on standard time the year round… sure do miss that. …well that and not having to shovel snow in the winter!

    .

Absolutely hate the (so called) Daylight Saving Time scheme, so totally unnecessary and such a waste of time (see what I did there?).

It’s just one hour twice a year.I don’t understand why you Americans get so worked up over trivial matters such as this.36 posts for a comic that usually gets 5 or6. I’m not going to lose any sleep over it,that’s for sure Come to think of it, I’m going to sleep an extra hour,ha ha ha ha!
