This joke is very weird. I can’t imagine why bicuspid would bring the comment about wanting a separate bathroom. The closest thing I can come up with is bisexual and most bi people I know have absolutely no issue with using mixed gender bathrooms or with transgender individuals using same sex bathrooms.
In fact, most people I know could care less who is in the next stall so long as they flush and wash their hands before they leave the bathroom!

The proper phrase is ‘Couldn’t care less.’ not ‘Could care less.’ I guess if it is the latter, that means you really do care, but less.
