Calvin and Hobbes: proof that love hurts.

A pounce costs less money than a card.

Where’s the fun in that, Calvin?

But he never misses you, he hits you every time.

Hobbes is so very enthusiastic and happy most of the time. Some people can have fun doing anything.

Calvin has to find ways to enter and trick Hobbs.

There was a goat who use to greet me this way. And it wasn’t even mine.

I missed the enthusiastic greetings for a long time!!

But he didn’t miss you Calvin, he hit dead center.

Best buds for life!

I missed you cards are better than bonk-bing-boing greetings

And be “civilised” as well. Until Peter’s money runs out.

It would be interesting to see what is really happening.

This is the first ever strip where Hobbes pounces on Calvin when he comes home from school.

I know of dogs act same way even gone for 10 minutes.

While not quite as aggressive as Hobbes, my tiny tigers are ever-faithful welcoming me home from work each day.

Hobbes is just hungry for attention…
