It may not be the end of the world. Quarterly reports are rarely written in stone.

If the end of a calendar signifies the end of times, does it mean that our calendar predicts the end in 11 months?

Nope, not Peterson….Just some dude that keeps up with the news….

There are only two types of accountants – the crooked, rich ones, and the honest, poor ones.

Unfortunately, I was married for twenty years to the latter type !

When the layoofs start, the executives will say: “Sacrifices have to be made.”

This was explained to me years ago. Religions dream about eternity, so their predictions are worthless in the here and now. Corporations focus on the quarterly report, so their predictions are worthless for most of your lifetime. Science, OTOH, looks at what works reliably all the time, so we should pay attention to it.

But not tell the press or the people about what they find…..

The Long Count calendar didn’t predict anything. Too bad the Western Whites were too full of themselves to know.

Along with Unions, Governor Scotty from Wisconsin outlaws bad Corporate reports through DAP (Divine Accounting Principals).

A lot of Wiley’s stuff looks familiar. I think he has a stock pile of props and scenery (and characters) that he copies and pastes into his toons. A really clever idea.
