It would be interesting if she could develop a system based on making all able to rise to the highest: smartest, kindest, tallest, fattest, flacidest nostrils.
It would require freedom to opt out or else some would have unequal power.
We really do need to work on upgrading intelligence, though. Nearly every day I see children with faulty brains and their parents suffering knowing their children will never get better. I wish they could. (It would also reduce associated costs.)
