I have a bottle of culture every day.
I have some cultured pearls… and a few yogurts… does that count?

What it is, is an expensive glass of spoiled milk. Yogurt is edible only in tzatziki sauce

Not necessarily redundant. Some yogurts are really high in fat. But there are some fat-free, sugar-free yogurts out there.
Watching his calories isn’t necessarily reducing his calories.
