I once saw this “game” in MAD magazine. It had several columns of silly sounding words and you had to guess if the word was a prescription drug name or a Godzilla enemy name. It was absolutely hilarious!
This already happened for real. There is an antihistamine called Xyzal, just went OTC in last month or so. It’s refined zyrtec,, was supposed to be less somnolence but wasn’t. Lost it’s patent quickly .
