There are also similarities to combining robot “Getter Robo G” in “Dragon” mode, familiar to American viewers as the ‘Starvengers’ component of the syndicated ‘FORCE FIVE’ series …
We made it over 100 comments yesterday. That’s three solid weeks, 21 days in a row, of over 100 comments. The last day with less was April 5, the second-last day of the Spirit story, with 83.
The anime ‘Super Robots’ of the 1970’s evolved into the more realistic ‘Mecha’ of the 1980’s, some of which featured intricate design work, such as Yoshikazu Yasuhiko’s ‘GIANT GORG’ …

There have been multiple ‘Gundam’ projects – movies and series – some set in the U.C. (‘Universal Century’) Timeline, others in alternate realities.
Each features at least one Gundam-Type ‘Mobile Suit’ – often many more – usually combining futuristic geopolitical war stories with a large, soap opera-style cast, as can be seen in the title sequence to the fairly recent ‘GUNDAM UNICORN’ …
I love Astor’s armor, and he looks adorable/cute/awesome in it too.. the look on his face while getting ready to surprise honeymoon is priceless… I wouldn’t argue against having Astor being a frequently appearing support character
How could anyone enjoy Tracy’s fight with Abner at the waterfalls when this type of excitement was coming? This is what the Tracy readers here crave! Keep it coming, Mike!
Astor (dare I say it?) Boyd is in the big Buster Bot suit, though not yet helmeted. If he joins Honeymoon and “Ms. Poster Poster” around the corner, he might just get in on the Crime Action while in character. Little Margie will be off flashing that Franklin and may attract some attention that adversely affects Middle Margie’s execution of the heist.

With the central circle, looks a lot like Iron Man’s ‘Hulk-Buster’ armor to me.

The young lady talking to Honeymoon might be the person who got Pop Jenks to let her hang up a poster advertising the CosUCon.

The woman who took the poster into the soda shop is back and she seems to be working in Astor’s brother’s booth, Boydz. Maybe that’s theor last name.

Little Margie gets a pretty nice allowance for spending at the convention!

Japanese ‘Gashapon’ figures are small toys packaged in egg-like plastic ‘capsules’ and dispensed via vending machines.

‘Big Margie’ and ‘Little Margie’ are probably wearing official “CosUCon” T-Shirts.
[ Many anime conventions offer commemorative t-shirts for sale, often with a separate design or color reserved for staff members only. ]
