If I were a Taiwanese capital city garbage collector, I’d play Beethoven’s “Fifth.” (How is that number in the bowling bit even said?)

Not just Taipei, I believe it’s the same all over Taiwan. They have another tune they play for the recycling truck, but I didn’t recognize it.

When the Taiwanese hear Fur Elise, most of them take out their trash, but some of them answer their cell phone.

For those who don’t know the proper way to read that number, that’s fifty quadrillion, six hundred thirteen trillion, two hundred forty-four billion, one hundred fifty-five million, fifty-one thousand, eight hundred fifty-six. Some people throw “and” in there and that is totally improper!
