I’m sure Sony still brands some of their portable devices “Walkman” cos I’ve seen them….

OK…. just Googled it to make sure my brain hadn’t somehow reconnected to 1982 or something….

but no.

You can buy a Walkman Mp3 player on Amazon, or at WalMart…

there are small Walkman TV players. too…..

In fact, you can even get a brand new 2017 Walkman portable stereo cassette player on Amazon….

for only $146+. Must be a niche market.

And if you’re really nuts, you can go to the Sony website and buy a top of the line Walkman player (TV, I think) ….

with all sorts of advanced hardware…. for a buck or so less than $4,000!

So…. Tony’s question is “How many you got?”

Well, I might have a few, Tony….

Not so much for electronics but stuff like tinfoil and Frigidaires

but not Peg’s or Templo’s….

cos they’re not fair!

I may have been posting, every day or not for several days….sometimes right after the turn, sometimes hours later.

I was born a poor and depraved, uh, deprived child.

I do have an ancient Walkman, but tapes are hard to find now.

I have 2 working tape decks, 2 working turntables and 2 working portable tape players and none of that newfangled crap.

my Daddy had an 8 track player in his garage until he passed away 5 years ago. He loved that thing.
